We produced RAY's (Money Automatic Association) 70th anniversary events: stakeholder seminar and staff events all over Finland, 2000 guests in total. Visual look was created together with the marketing agency Dynamo.

 

In 2009 we created an invitation only seminar for TDC and between 2008-2009 VIP and staff event and also the upper management's activity meeting. We also produced their TDC Zoo launch.

 

We planned and created Lumene's 40th anniversary gala evening in 2010. This gala evening was attended by international guests and representatives from the media aswell.We also created their staff event relating to this 40th anniversary event. Both events saw around 700 visitors. Along these Press Conferences were organised both for domestic and foreign press.

 

 

For Componenta we produced their 60th Anniversary event. For this sit down dinner there were 600 international guests.

 

We produced MIPIM real estate Fair in Cannes, Frances in 2009. The production process included the creation and implementation of the Fair concept, invitation to the international guests, evening event along with the Fair, guest seminar in Cannes, creation of invitation process and acquiring partners.

 

For Metso we produced a guest event for stakeholders of 500 in 2009 with international gala theme (taking into account their offices in different countries). Visual implementation was done in collaboration with marketing agency Kuudes kerros.

 

 

In the summer of 2010 we produced 100 Mega Seminar in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications. In the autumn of 2011 Cisco Expo 2011 will be created in the Helsinki Trade Centre. We have also worked with Cisco Nordic marketing, creating a VIP event in 2011.

 

 

We produced the Pinni Gala for 2008 with 650 guests including international guests at the Crown Plaza hotel in Helsinki.

 

Together with Pan Vision we produced the Trade Fair Playground in 2008 and 2009 and also Filmground in the autumn 2010 with the theme of Turkey/Tourist representatives. These were invitation only events in which in the morning a sales exhibition for re-salers was organised and a party in the evening. At the evening event both the re-salers and their staff had the opportunity to get to know the new products.

 

 

In 2009 we produced 450th anniversary event, which included 750 guests. We were responsible for the high quality programme, visual look and creation of the event. The following year we produced invitation event for Sokos Hotel Vaakuna in restaurant Loiste in Helsinki, in this event the guests had an opportunity to meet the winner of the Quality price.
